💼 About This Role

You'll own Product Marketing for the Waste vertical at a fast-growing video surveillance startup serving 200+ French local governments. You'll structure positioning and sales enablement to drive growth from €4M to €9M ARR. This role reports to the Lead PMM and works cross-functionally. You'll build go-to-market strategy and equip sales teams with battle cards and pitch decks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop personas and differentiated messaging for public sector audiences.
• Build and maintain competitive intelligence and battle cards.
• Create sales enablement materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies.
• Design and execute go-to-market strategy for the Waste vertical.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B or B2G.
• Proven track record creating enablement materials that sales teams actually use.
• Native French fluency (written and spoken) and good English.
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments with ability to structure and prioritize.
