You'll manage account renewals and drive growth for Skillsoft's State, Local, and Higher Education (SLED) clients. Your core impact is securing 95%+ renewal rates while building an upgrade pipeline through strategic client relationships. This role offers the chance to excel in a remote position with a global leader in skills management.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Drive revenue growth by navigating customer renewals and upgrades.
- Position Skillsoft solutions to key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Engage senior leadership prospects to drive decision-making.
๐ Requirements
- 2-5 years of SLED sales experience in PaaS, SaaS, or compliance software.
- Solid understanding of State, Local Higher Education contracts.
- Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
- Reside in Central or East Time Zones with 10-20% travel.
