Description

You will architect how Smartcat builds, evaluates, and scales high-performing teams in an AI-native, globally-minded organization. Your mission is to increase Talent Density by modernizing performance management, embedding AI into PeopleOps, and partnering with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• Located on the East Coast or willing to work East Coast hours
• Experience in HR leadership roles in a global, tech-enabled organization
• Track record of driving performance management and talent density improvements
• Ability to leverage AI and data for PeopleOps decisions
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Redesign Talent Reviews to be AI-first, efficient, and objective
• Embed AI into PeopleOps to reduce manual workload by at least 20%
• Act as a strategic business partner aligning people strategies with business goals
• Provide quarterly talent insights linking people metrics to business performance
• Work with leadership to actively manage the middle of the performance distribution
