Description

As an Operations Associate, you'll support total store operations by driving profitability and efficiency. You'll manage inventory processes, execute core operational tasks, and collaborate with teams to maintain strong visual standards and a safe work environment.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in customer-facing, retail, or operations role
• Ability to lift/push/carry up to 22.7 kg
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and use ladders safely
• Passion for customer service and delivering excellent experiences
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce loss
• Investigate inventory issues and report process or system discrepancies
• Support core operations: shipping, receiving, returns, product replenishment, and fixture management
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Assist in implementing company-level operational guidelines and projects
