Description

You will establish Qualia's Settlement Consulting Service, helping clients launch title and escrow operations, implement best practices, and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and compliance. You'll guide clients through AI adoption, conduct operational audits, and develop frameworks for new business launches.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Title and Escrow operations
• 5+ years launching/overseeing multi-state title and escrow operations
• Deep knowledge of title and escrow across multiple states
• Experience with process workflows and software implementations
• Demonstrated interest in AI and emerging technologies in title operations

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational audits for lenders, brokerages, and real estate companies
• Establish repeatable framework for launching title and escrow businesses on Qualia
• Deliver consulting service for compliance, best practices, and operations
• Assess client readiness for AI adoption and identify high-impact use cases
• Guide clients in implementing AI solutions for document analysis and compliance
