You'll join Datavant's operations team to review incoming files for accuracy and identify errors early to prevent operational waste. Your work will improve downstream retrieval performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review HIH files to confirm completion and accuracy
• Identify errors in files and flag for correction
• Track recurring error types and report findings
• Monitor vendor performance on file quality
• Contribute to reporting on accuracy rates and trends

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years professional experience in healthcare operations
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Attention to detail for reviewing inventory files
• Collaborative communication style in a remote setting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with provider record retrieval workflows
• Familiarity with PowerBI or Sigma
• Data analysis experience
