🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute M&A and strategic transactions end-to-end.
• Support capital markets and corporate governance.
• Manage corporate insurance programs.
• Design and improve legal processes and templates.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of combined legal experience.
• J.D. and active bar membership.
• Proven experience advising on corporate legal issues.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
