• Craft coffee and serve customers with energy and warmth
• Support GM and Training Team to train new employees
• Open/close location safely and ensure cleaning duties
• Lead ops and marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years customer service leadership experience
• 18+ years of age
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods
• Availability for 30-40 hours/week including weekends
