Description

You will lead and develop Okta partners to successfully deliver Okta services to customers, ensuring high-quality implementations. You'll drive partner delivery capability, validate go-live submissions, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale partner-led delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years in enterprise software delivery, professional services, or partner success
• Experience with system integrators or service delivery partners
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS deployment models
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop delivery capability across assigned partner portfolio
• Guide partners through Service Delivery Partner maturity model
• Review and validate partner go-live submissions
• Serve as delivery advisor for sales teams when identifying partners for deployments
• Track ecosystem capability trends and identify gaps
