๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and manage a company-wide Learning Development program
  • Serve as a liaison between HR and business units to align HR strategies
  • Assist with benefits administration including enrollments and changes
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 6-8 years of HR experience preferably in learning development or generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices
  • Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite

โœจ Nice to Have

  • ADP experience preferred
  • Experience with immigration/mobility programs
