💼 About This Role

You'll facilitate evidence-based rehab programs for incarcerated individuals in a prison-based therapeutic community. Your core impact is helping participants develop release prevention plans and achieve treatment goals. This role offers training toward AOD certification within a supportive community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate CBI classes using evidence-based curricula
• Conduct individual sessions and document progress in ARMS
• Engage participants daily and reinforce group norms
• Collaborate with CDCR and institutional staff

📋 Requirements

• AOD registration with a DHCS-approved organization
• Obtain AOD certification within 5 years
• Understanding of substance abuse causes and effects
• Knowledge of ISUDTP contractual requirements

• Operational knowledge of MS Office Suite and ARMS
• Experience in correctional or rehab settings
