💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development and execution of new hardware programs for a rapidly growing cloud physical security company. You'll steer cross-functional efforts from prototype to production, guiding new products on factory lines and owning build plans for product launches.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end product development from requirements to ramp-up
• Work with EE, ME, FW, and ID teams to manage program schedules
• Coordinate build plans and unit allocation for product launches
• Drive international manufacturing partners toward aggressive schedules

📋 Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related
• 3+ years experience in developing and manufacturing new electronics
• Completed at least one full hardware development cycle through launch
• 3+ years experience with an overseas hardware supply chain
