You'll join ControlUp, a leader in Digital Employee Experience, and build full-stack features end-to-end with React/TypeScript and AI-first development. Your work will directly impact how IT operations evolve through agentic AI and autonomous endpoint management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build full stack features end-to-end.
• Lead with AI-first mindset using AI tooling.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable code.
• Identify and drive improvements to workflow and tooling.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in software development with full stack experience.
• Strong front-end skills in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
• Back-end proficiency in Node.js or similar; REST/GraphQL API design.
• Demonstrable experience using AI tools in daily development.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) or AI-powered features.
• Familiarity with Micro Frontend architecture and module federation.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum and Azure DevOps.
