Description

In this role, you will own technical customer relationships for AI workloads on CoreWeave's cloud platform. You'll define requirements, drive end-to-end program execution, and influence product strategy by sharing customer feedback with engineering teams.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in technical program management, customer success, or professional services with cloud/AI/ML focus
• Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-team projects
• Experience with Kubernetes, GPU compute, AI/ML, and high-performance computing

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer relationships for adoption and satisfaction
• Define technical requirements for AI/ML workloads with customers
• Drive end-to-end program execution including planning, resource management, and risk assessment
• Engage stakeholders and influence product strategy with customer feedback
• Facilitate communication across engineering, product, operations, and sales teams
