💼 About This Role

You'll own VoIP end-to-end for Whippy, supporting implementations, migrations, and best practices across customers and partners. Your work directly influences sales success and product direction as the company expands its AI-powered communication platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead VoIP implementations and migrations for new and existing customers
• Configure call flows including IVR, voicemail, and routing
• Support sales demos with technical VoIP expertise
• Create and maintain VoIP documentation and playbooks

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in VoIP, telephony, or communications-focused SaaS roles
• Hands-on experience with number porting and carrier coordination
• Proficiency in configuring IVR, voicemail, queues, and call flows
• Familiarity with SIP, softphones, and basic networking

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working with ATS and partner environments
• Experience creating video training content (e.g., Loom)
• Knowledge of cloud telephony platforms
