You'll guide new clinics through onboarding on Camber's platform, shaping first impressions and ensuring a seamless launch experience. You'll collaborate with Customer Success, Insurance Operations, and Engineering to deliver high-quality implementations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as main point of contact for new clinics during onboarding.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects.
• Conduct discovery on customer pain points and needs.
• Train clinic staff on Camber's platform and workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in implementation, onboarding, project management, or customer success.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical details.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Dock, Monday.com, Jira).

✨ Nice to Have

• 4+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success.
• Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle operations or EHR integrations.
• Experience in behavioral health or at a startup.
