You'll provide technical leadership across teams for cloud platform reliability. You'll drive SRE best practices and improve service robustness through automation and incident analysis.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical leadership for roadmap and cross-team initiatives.
• Develop observability platform software to improve monitoring and reliability.
• Participate in on-call rotation for incident response and L2 support.
• Lead post-incident reviews and implement reliability improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in SRE or related fields.
• Proficient in Go or Python.
• Expertise in Kubernetes and public cloud (AWS/GCP).
• Experience with on-call and incident management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SLO monitoring, chaos testing, and disaster recovery.
• Hands-on with Prometheus, Grafana, or GCP monitoring.
• Technical lead experience in SRE/DevOps teams.
• Business-level Japanese language skill.
