You'll manage finance integration activities and system implementation projects for a 12-month fixed term contract. You'll ensure seamless integration of financial processes, controls, and reporting while maintaining business continuity and compliance. This role is based in London on a hybrid model.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute finance integration plans and governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate integration of financial systems, processes, and controls.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and HR.
  • Manage integration risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
  • Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.
  • 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in finance or accounting.
  • Proficiency in Netsuite or other ERP systems.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in finance transformation or M&A environments.
  • Experience in multinational or complex matrix organizations.
  • Excellent project management skills.
