You'll serve as the primary post-sales partner for enterprise accounts across EMEA, guiding customers from onboarding to scaled adoption. You'll run a tight operating cadence of kickoffs, success plans, QBRs, and renewals to translate product usage into measurable business value. This role requires fluency in German & English and offers the chance to shape scalable playbooks in a high-growth AI company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own a book of enterprise customers across onboarding, adoption, and renewal
- Lead customer kickoffs and success planning with aligned goals and outcomes
- Drive onboarding and enablement to accelerate time-to-value
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Account Executives on growth
- Monitor health signals to proactively manage risk and escalations
๐ Requirements
- Enterprise SaaS Customer Success experience owning a book of business
- Ability to translate product usage into ROI and executive-ready narratives
- Technical fluency to engage with engineering stakeholders (APIs, integrations)
- Commercial acumen with a track record of driving renewals and expansion
