🎯 What You'll Do
- Respond to escalations via calls, email, and chat
- Review systems and tools like GDS, Stripe, and PNR
- Communicate resolution and RCA to customers
- Provide debriefs and feedback to internal teams
📋 Requirements
- 9+ years in TMC/BT Consultant role covering air, rail, hotel
- 5+ years multiple GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo)
- Intermediate level Sabre (Sabre 4 native)
- IATA accreditation (WWAFT/WAII/BA2)
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in a contact center or customer-facing role
- Tech savvy with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce
