🎯 What You'll Do

  • Respond to escalations via calls, email, and chat
  • Review systems and tools like GDS, Stripe, and PNR
  • Communicate resolution and RCA to customers
  • Provide debriefs and feedback to internal teams

📋 Requirements

  • 9+ years in TMC/BT Consultant role covering air, rail, hotel
  • 5+ years multiple GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo)
  • Intermediate level Sabre (Sabre 4 native)
  • IATA accreditation (WWAFT/WAII/BA2)

  • Experience in a contact center or customer-facing role
  • Tech savvy with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce
