You'll manage the end-to-end renewal process for high-volume accounts, ensuring timely contract execution and high retention. You'll collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to provide a unified customer experience. This fully remote role offers HMO coverage and equipment provided.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts
• Manage contract administration and CRM data integrity
• Handle customer downgrade requests and retention risks
• Facilitate customer calls and virtual meetings

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in retention and escalations
• Adherence to North America Central Time schedule
