Requirements

  • High-performance experience in Field or Outbound sales within technology, SaaS, or hospitality
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding aggressive MRR targets
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
  • Self-starting, agile mindset in a high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced understanding of London hospitality landscape to identify trends and opportunities
  • Manage complex sales cycles from discovery through contract negotiations and implementation handovers
  • Consistently outperform monthly MRR targets with focus on high-LTV accounts
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and live demonstrations
  • Coach junior team members on prospecting and deal navigation
