You will build strong relationships with hospitality businesses in the London region, guiding them through their journey with Lightspeed from discovery to long-term advocacy. You'll manage complex sales cycles, exceed monthly targets, and contribute to team growth.
Requirements
- High-performance experience in Field or Outbound sales within technology, SaaS, or hospitality
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding aggressive MRR targets
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Self-starting, agile mindset in a high-growth environment
Responsibilities
- Develop advanced understanding of London hospitality landscape to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage complex sales cycles from discovery through contract negotiations and implementation handovers
- Consistently outperform monthly MRR targets with focus on high-LTV accounts
- Deliver high-impact presentations and live demonstrations
- Coach junior team members on prospecting and deal navigation
