Description

You will lead major product features and systems from inception through launch and post-release iteration, shaping product culture and standards across your vertical group. You'll transform high-level opportunities into concrete designs, mentor product managers, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, ideally in F2P mobile games
• Strong track record of shipping impactful features in complex ecosystems
• Experience mentoring other Product Managers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with hypothesis setting, KPI definition, and data-driven iteration

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of major product features and systems
• Transform opportunities into concrete, well-structured product designs
• Produce clear, concise game specs for cross-functional teams
• Define product standards, best practices, and ways of working
• Mentor and support Product Managers in growth and strategic thinking
