💼 About This Role

You'll architect and validate Twilio's most complex multi-product solutions as a regional technical authority in the Trust, Identity Compliance vertical. You'll drive executive-ready architectures and influence product roadmap. This role allows you to shape technical strategy while working fully remotely.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and validate end-to-end multi-product solutions across customer ecosystems.
• Lead technical discovery, solution mapping, and validation strategy (workshops, demos, POCs).
• Build and deliver exec-ready presentations communicating tradeoffs and platform vision.
• Document customer patterns and synthesize competitive signals into product feedback.

📋 Requirements

• Experience operating as a regional technical authority with standard-setting and coaching.
• Track record building repeatable architectures that scale across teams.
• Experience partnering deeply with Product/PMM on positioning and roadmap feedback.
• Familiarity with adjacent trust capabilities such as encryption, audit logging, and data residency.
