💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of sterile compounding technicians in a high-volume cleanroom environment, ensuring compliance with USP 797 and 800 standards. You'll serve as a trainer and competency evaluator while compounding sterile medications that directly impact patient health. This role offers the opportunity to shape quality and safety protocols on a leading health platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of sterile compounding technicians in daily operations
• Conduct garbing, aseptic technique, and cleanroom cleaning assessments
• Perform compounding, formulation, and aseptic filling of medications
• Ensure compliance with USP 797 and 800 and site SOPs

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years sterile compounding experience or 1+ year sterile plus 1+ year nonsterile
• Current CPhT and Arizona Pharmacy Technician registration
• CSPT certification or willingness to obtain within first year
• Full-time availability, 40 hours per week

✨ Nice to Have

• 3+ years sterile compounding experience
• Prior experience at a sterile pharmaceutical manufacturer
• 1+ year in a leadership role or as a sterile trainer
