You'll define and maintain the front-end architecture for market leading radar technology, collaborating with backend engineers to build powerful, user-friendly interfaces. You'll blend hands-on coding with architecting and team-leading the 3-person front-end team. Expect to drive adoption of modern front-end standards and participate in the Software Architecture Council.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and maintain front-end architecture
• Design and build React TypeScript applications
• Lead and coach a 3-person front-end team
• Align technology roadmap with business goals

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in front-end development
• 5+ years as front-end architect
• 5+ years leading development teams
• TypeScript, React, and HTML/CSS proficiency

✨ Nice to Have

• Affinity with radar systems
• Experience with Jotai and Mapbox-GL
• Experience with Qt/QML embedded UI
