💼 About This Role

You'll provide high quality behavioral healthcare to adults and child/adolescent populations at a fast-growing behavioral health practice. You'll collaborate with a supportive team in a modern office with full administrative support so you can focus on patient care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct therapy sessions with adults and/or children/adolescents
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Document patient progress in EMR system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team

📋 Requirements

• Active Illinois license (LPC, LSW, ALMFT) not in process
• Passion for patient care and clinical excellence
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Gurnee, IL
