You'll own the full sales cycle for provider acquisition in the Pittsburgh market, engaging physicians and administrators to drive adoption. You'll build a territory from scratch for a mission-driven startup empowering family caregivers. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a complex healthcare landscape.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage physicians, administrators and clinical decision makers to drive adoption
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach through provider commitment
• Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in Salesforce
• Execute targeted outbound strategies within assigned territories

📋 Requirements

• 1–5 years of hunter mentality experience in a sales role
• Intellectual curiosity to learn healthcare terminology
• Operational rigor with CRM discipline

✨ Nice to Have

• Healthcare or medical sales experience
• Former clinician background
• Experience with prior auths, acuity, ADLs
