💼 About This Role

You'll build and own Fam's tech, product, and infosec compliance function from scratch. You'll define the compliance framework and manage regulatory obligations end-to-end. This is a 0→1 role sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and regulation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own RBI tech compliance end-to-end including IS audit and CERT-In reporting
• Partner with product and engineering to flag regulatory risks early
• Define and maintain information security policy framework
• Manage audit readiness and closure of regulatory observations

📋 Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in tech/IT compliance, with 4–5 years in fintech/payments
• Hands-on familiarity with RBI tech regulations including PPI and UPI guidelines
• Experience managing end-to-end regulatory audits from gap assessment to closure
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior exposure to product compliance and app store policies
• CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer certifications
• Experience at an early-to-mid stage fintech building compliance from scratch
