🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as attending physician for patients in assigned skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and clinical supervision.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in a patient-centered manner.
• Participate in Chronic Care Management and other quality initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. medical license and board certification or eligibility in an appropriate specialty.
• Qualified specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without accommodation.
