• Perform daily cleaning and scheduled maintenance projects.
• Repair and maintain carpets, paint, elevators, and bathrooms.
• Inspect facility systems to detect and resolve malfunctions.
• Coordinate with outside vendors on repairs and maintenance.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of related work experience
• Knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing systems
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
