You'll advise Great Gray's trust and administrative services businesses on CIT matters and fund formation. You'll lead legal strategies for high-priority business projects like M&A and conversions. This role offers the chance to work in a high-growth retirement services environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise on CIT eligibility, investments, and tax exemptions.
• Draft and negotiate fund formation documents.
• Execute legal strategies for M&A and asset conversions.
• Serve as in-house benefits counsel for employee plans.

📋 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 5+ years of experience as an attorney.
• Admission to a state bar.
• Financial services experience with ERISA expertise.
