You'll help provide a seamless move-out and move-in experience for residents during apartment turnover period at The Scion Group. This temporary role involves performing miscellaneous maintenance duties and assisting with inspections. The position lasts 4-8 weeks with immediate hiring.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties like painting and drywall repairs
• Participate in apartment inspections and document unit conditions
• Perform light housekeeping and keep grounds clean
• Provide general administrative assistance in office and clubhouse

📋 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willing and able to lift up to 100 lbs
• Ability to kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb
