Description

You will lead a major retained studio engagement, owning the client relationship, commercial model, and strategic direction for a high-performance production and operations team. As the client's primary senior contact, you'll translate their evolving ambitions into team priorities and navigate complex, matrixed environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years client-facing leadership at agency, production company, consultancy, or embedded studio
• Direct experience with subscription, retainer, or output-based commercial models
• Track record of managing senior stakeholders in complex, politically layered organizations
• Financial fluency in margin, cost-per-unit economics, and volume-based pricing
• Comfort leading a high-performance team without micromanaging

Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationship across a retained, multi-regional content production engagement
• Shape and steward the commercial model, defining value measurement and efficiency commitments
• Set strategic direction, translating client priorities into actionable mandates for the team
• Own P&L performance including margin health, pricing strategy, and commercial sustainability
• Manage interface between client-side stakeholders and the Monks delivery organization
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities in scope, services, or deeper integration
