Description

Provide legal counsel on construction, procurement, and operations for utility-scale wind, solar, and battery projects. You'll draft and negotiate key agreements, advise internal teams, and support the company's growth in renewable energy.

Requirements

• JD from prominent law school
• Active bar license
• 7+ years relevant experience at law firm or in-house
• Experience with construction, procurement, and O&M in renewable energy
• Strong business acumen and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on procurement, EPC, and O&M matters
• Draft and negotiate EPC, O&M, turbine supply, and module supply agreements
• Advise asset management and project teams on legal issues for operating projects
• Supervise outside counsel
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve contracting processes
