You'll lead the sales function for Zen Educate, an all-in-one digital platform helping schools find and manage temporary educators. Your core impact will be driving growth and scaling the sales team to reach the next level in school adoption. You'll build world-class systems and processes to transform the sales organization.

- Redefine customer segmentation and go-to-market strategy
- Test and iterate new acquisition channels
- Double the outbound sales team and build world-class SDR function
- Develop compelling sales playbook for multi-academy trusts

- Proven sales leadership experience scaling organizations
- Skills in building systems and process-driven sales playbooks
