Description
You will lead the implementation of strategic improvements in the user lifecycle, ensuring flexible, analytical, and operationally excellent processes. You will represent Customer Operations in multidisciplinary teams, analyze data to identify best practices, design agile processes, coordinate cross-functional projects, and oversee project milestones to ensure timely execution.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration or related fields
- 3+ years experience in Consulting or similar strategic management roles
- Experience in project management and driving cross-functional teams
- Data-driven mindset with structured problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and experience with Tableau
Responsibilities
- Act as Customer Operations representative in multidisciplinary squads, building trust in multicultural environments
- Analyze data to identify best practices and improvement opportunities in the customer journey
- Design agile processes and systems adaptable to industry and market changes
- Coordinate cross-functional improvement projects impacting user experience and loyalty
- Develop high-quality deliverables to showcase progress and enable replication of successes
