You'll perform field inspections of industrial, commercial, and residential buildings to ensure code compliance. You'll investigate violations and provide code interpretation to clients and builders. This role requires expertise in building codes and construction plans.

🎯 What You'll Do

📋 Requirements

• ICC Combination Residential certification required
• 5+ years of experience as a Building Inspector
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Class C California driver's license

• ICC Commercial Building Inspector certification preferred
• 10 years combined experience as Inspector and Superintendent
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
