💼 About This Role

You'll join Speak's AI-first Finance team to build and own core financial models, run planning cycles, and partner with functional leaders. You'll be a primary source of financial truth, driving enterprise GTM planning and headcount/OPEX forecasting. This role offers high ownership and direct impact on strategic decisions at a fast-growing AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own enterprise GTM financial modeling and BvAs end-to-end
• Be the trusted cross-functional partner for GTM and People teams
• Drive headcount and OPEX planning across the business
• Build decision-support analyses for strategic questions

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Direct experience supporting full planning cycles (annual plan, re-forecasts)
• Fluency in SaaS and B2B metrics (ARR, NRR, LTV/CAC)
