Description

You will manage cash reconciliations for customer escrow accounts, resolve exceptions, coach clients on best practices, and maintain daily 3-Way reconciliation. This role ensures clients are audit-ready and compliant.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent (Finance/Accounting preferred)
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Based in Austin, TX; work in office minimum two days per week

Responsibilities

• Produce/process banking files (CSV/BAI2)
• Resolve transactional exceptions in Qualia and banking websites
• Report unresolved exceptions to customers
• Monitor and produce accounting reports for each customer
• Generate month-end reports and review account status
