💼 About This Role

You'll own the incident response operational backbone for Anthropic's Safeguards team, ensuring swift and coordinated reactions to policy violations. You'll drive the on-call program and cross-functional escalations, translating insights into safety system improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Enforcement On-Call program end-to-end: rotations, coverage, escalations
• Serve as primary contact for sensitive cross-functional escalations
• Identify repetitive operational work and partner with engineering to automate it
• Build dashboards and reporting for enforcement operational health

📋 Requirements

• Background in trust and safety operations or equivalent at a technology company
• Experience leading cross-functional programs during escalations
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely during high-stakes moments
• Experience coordinating with law enforcement or regulatory bodies
