You'll provide white-glove support to Notion's largest enterprise customers, resolving complex technical issues and driving AI adoption. You'll act as a bridge between customers and engineering, reproducing bugs and filing detailed reports.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Provide white-glove support to enterprise customers
  • Troubleshoot advanced technical issues across Notion's platform
  • Act as bridge between customers and engineering teams
  • Create and refine support processes and documentation

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical support or technical account management
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs
  • Experience advising customers on AI tool adoption
  • Knowledge of Single Sign-On including OAuth, SAML, SCIM

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Linux, APIs, NoSQL, MySQL
  • Experience with scripting languages like Python, Java, JavaScript
  • Deep existing knowledge of Notion
