You'll provide white-glove support to Notion's largest enterprise customers, resolving complex technical issues and driving AI adoption. You'll act as a bridge between customers and engineering, reproducing bugs and filing detailed reports.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide white-glove support to enterprise customers
- Troubleshoot advanced technical issues across Notion's platform
- Act as bridge between customers and engineering teams
- Create and refine support processes and documentation
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in technical support or technical account management
- Strong understanding of REST APIs
- Experience advising customers on AI tool adoption
- Knowledge of Single Sign-On including OAuth, SAML, SCIM
โจ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Linux, APIs, NoSQL, MySQL
- Experience with scripting languages like Python, Java, JavaScript
- Deep existing knowledge of Notion
