You'll support the Revenue Growth team on our RCM product, baselining client revenue performance and diagnosing changes. You'll collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Account Management to solve hyper-growth challenges in healthcare. This high-autonomy role offers rapid growth in responsibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Baseline customer site revenue performance post-RCM adoption
• Analyze revenue delta by examining insurance payouts and payer mix
• Build capabilities for client contract negotiations with insurers
• Assist clients in customer segmentation, acquisition, and retention

📋 Requirements

• 1-3+ years in management consulting, investment banking, or SaaS operations
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, and Excel for data analysis
• Comfort working autonomously with ambiguity
• Strong customer obsession and problem-solving drive
