You'll serve as the single post-sales support contact for client accounts in the Banking & Insurance vertical, coordinating with internal teams. You'll drive revenue growth and client satisfaction by ensuring delivery of value-added data and analytics solutions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as single post-sales support contact for customers.
• Coordinate with Delivery, Onboarding, Implementation, and Customer Service teams.
• Conduct Customer Value Touchpoints to document use cases and KPIs.
• Identify and facilitate customer training needs for diverse portfolio.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, client service, or account management.
• Proficient in SFDC, KPI, and BI Portal.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise product line for business unit solutions.
• Ability to engage with C-level personas (CFO, CPO, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Product certifications in Finance or Sales & Marketing Solutions.
