Description

You will join the Process Engineering team to develop tools for clinical workflow efficiency, analyze process data, and identify root causes of errors in a high-throughput CLIA lab. You'll apply engineering practices to optimize molecular biology methods and gain experience in data analysis, experimental design, and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biology or clinical sciences
• 6+ months experience with molecular biology techniques in lab
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Logical troubleshooting skills
• Automation or clinical lab experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering practices to scale and optimize molecular biology methods
• Conduct experiments to identify root causes of process errors
• Analyze process data for stability, trending, and improvement
• Develop software tools for efficient sample processing and data analysis
• Support transfer of technology from R&D to CLIA lab
