💼 About This Role

You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice for individuals with questions about traffic tickets and payments. You'll also play a key role in accounts receivable, tracking payments and collaborating with internal teams. Your work directly supports road safety initiatives and helps reduce dangerous driving in cities.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Answer questions about traffic tickets and payment options
  • Deliver compassionate support and de-escalate complaints
  • Track inbound payments accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer support or direct consumer communication
  • Experience with transactions and accounts receivable
  • Fluent in Spanish (required)
  • Ability to work 8am–5pm shift
