You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice for individuals with questions about traffic tickets and payments. You'll also play a key role in accounts receivable, tracking payments and collaborating with internal teams. Your work directly supports road safety initiatives and helps reduce dangerous driving in cities.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Answer questions about traffic tickets and payment options
- Deliver compassionate support and de-escalate complaints
- Track inbound payments accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years in customer support or direct consumer communication
- Experience with transactions and accounts receivable
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- Ability to work 8am–5pm shift
