💼 About This Role

You'll join the Platform Engineering team at Rad AI, architecting and evolving cloud infrastructure on AWS. You'll contribute to reliability practices and infrastructure architecture, ensuring product teams can ship reliably at scale. This role offers the chance to work on AI-powered healthcare solutions that reduce radiologist burnout and improve patient care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and evolve AWS cloud infrastructure across container orchestration and serverless
• Develop tooling to improve engineering productivity and developer experience
• Lead blameless post-incident reviews and promote sustainable incident response
• Manage network and systems monitoring and participate in on-call rotation

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on infrastructure/platform development experience
• Extensive experience operating Kubernetes in production
• Proficiency in Python and/or Bash, and Infrastructure as Code tools (CDK, Terraform, Pulumi)
• Strong familiarity with AWS services and networking fundamentals

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in deep Linux troubleshooting including kernel and driver issues
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA) or early-stage startups
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or Spark
