You'll work on a small, rapidly growing data team at Teza Technologies, building and scaling data platforms that drive systematic trading. Your core impact involves expanding the data warehouse, improving system robustness, and collaborating directly with Portfolio Managers and Quantitative Developers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with Portfolio Managers and Quantitative Developers.
• Expand data warehouse by designing and adding new sources and functionality.
• Build automated systems for data cleansing, anomaly detection, monitoring, and alerting.
• Support production data warehouse and maintain vendor relationships.

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and Unix/Linux for data manipulation and automation.
• Strong SQL knowledge and familiarity with NoSQL databases like Postgres and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of data modeling principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and Git version control.

✨ Nice to Have

• Financial industry internships or experience.
• Experience with Java, Hadoop, or Apache Airflow.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
