🎯 What You'll Do

  • Implement data-driven strategies to improve support efficiency
  • Monitor key performance metrics and drive actionable insights
  • Manage and develop a team of 6+ support professionals
  • Build stakeholder relationships to amplify customer voice

📋 Requirements

  • Experience managing support teams
  • Proficiency with Intercom or similar chat-based support software
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven strategy experience
  • Proven ability to lead AI adoption initiatives in support
