🎯 What You'll Do
- Implement data-driven strategies to improve support efficiency
- Monitor key performance metrics and drive actionable insights
- Manage and develop a team of 6+ support professionals
- Build stakeholder relationships to amplify customer voice
📋 Requirements
- Experience managing support teams
- Proficiency with Intercom or similar chat-based support software
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven strategy experience
- Proven ability to lead AI adoption initiatives in support
