You'll lead a team of developers building a world-class platform for corporate treasury management at Ripple Treasury. You'll drive technical direction and engineering excellence, making key decisions on architecture and delivery. This role combines people management with hands-on technical leadership in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions
• Mentor engineers and participate in tech communities
• Participate in on-call rotation (YBIYRI model)

📋 Requirements

• Leadership competence with people management experience
• Deep software engineering experience in complex distributed systems
• Experience with C#/.NET and SQL Server
• Knowledge of Azure (Function Apps, Service Bus) a plus
